House in a village of yesteryear

Located in the heart of the ancient village of Comero, the original building, dating back to the late 1800s, a typical stone house, on several floors, has undergone several transformations that have respected its original style. The very recent renovation has further improved the connections between the different rooms, from the pergola attached to the garden to the terrace, partly covered, and the attic. Ideal place for hiking or mountain biking The space At the entrance, which is reached from a small courtyard, we find the newly built bathroom consisting of a sink, shower and toilet, hairdryer. Next is a living room with a sofa bed (140 cm wide), a smart TV, a window, and a balcony overlooking the garden. From the living room, going down a wooden staircase, you reach the garden floor where you will find the brand new kitchen with induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with small freezer, ventilated oven, toaster, American coffee machine, kettle, blender, coffee machine (Nespresso capsules). From the kitchen you can access the pergola equipped with a table and chairs and the garden with azaleas and camellias, the corner of the smells with aromatic plants available to guests, and a barbecue. From the garden you can see the valley. Returning to the entrance, a wooden staircase leads us to the first floor where there is a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm wide) and a wardrobe. From the room, you can access the terrace, partly covered by an open canopy, facing SOUTH, where you you will find the second independent guest bathroom (sink, shower, toilet and bidet). Also from the bedroom, with a very steep staircase, you reach the attic with 1 single bed (80 cm wide) and 1 bed of 1 square and ½ (120 cm wide). The maximum ceiling height is 1.90 meters. In addition to the internal stairs, the different floors of the house are also connected to each other with external stairs and balconies. House not suitable for young children and people with walking problems Other things to note When the summer heat makes itself felt, thanks to the thickness of the old walls and the breeze from the valley, the stay at Casa Com'Ero becomes even more enjoyable.
