This peaceful home with no immediate neighbors, is a haven of peace in the heart of 32ha of farmland and wood. The main house of a farmhouse with private outbuildings, the 150 m2 house was the subject of major renovations in 2024. Consisting of 4 spacious bedrooms, a large dining-living room, a closed kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a "TV" room, it is perfect to comfortably accommodate 8 people. Great green spaces for BBQ, relaxation and games. The space Large spacious house located in a quiet area, no neighbors nearby, open views of the meadows and woods. Close to the village with all useful amenities (post office, restaurants, coffee bar, press tobacco, butcher, caterer, organic shop, bakery, supermarkets, markets on Sundays, gas stations, etc...). Access to the house is with 4 steps. On the ground floor there is a large main room consisting of a living-dining room, a closed kitchen, a TV room, a shower room and WC. Upstairs, access by stairs, there are 4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms and one bedroom 2 single beds, new bedding for 90 and 1 queen size bed), as well as a 2nd bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. In the basement access on one level to drop off the bikes, peach rods, rain clothes, there is even a third shower. PRM: unfortunately the house is not suitable for people with disabilities. Children: It is essential that young children are under the supervision of responsible parents/adults. Stairs can be slippery. The rest of the farmhouse buildings are private and travelers do not have access to them. Guest access You have full access to the main house and outdoor areas around the house. You can also walk freely in the surrounding woods. It is forbidden to cross the fenced meadows, especially when the cows are grazing there. Other things to note Linens (bedding and bath) are not provided. We ask that you bring your own sheets (fitted sheet, duvet cover/flat sheet depending on the season and square pillowcase 65x65). As a reminder, the bedding is composed of: 2 beds in 160, 1 bed in 140, 2 beds in 90 (possibility of installing a 3rd mattress) . Linens are not included in the rental, it can be considered extra for the duration of your stay: The double bed pack (140/160 ): €15 The single bed pack (90): €10 The crib pack: €6 Bath towel: €3 Payment is made no later than the day you arrive. Either hand-delivered to our trusted person who will welcome you (check, cash). Either via wire transfer or Wero. Free provision of a cot and high chair, there is even children's tableware. A shelter allows you to park 3 vehicles, as well as a closed bicycle room for your equipment. Possibility to rent 4 bicycles on site (2 adults, 2 24" and 20" mountain bikes) to explore the surrounding area, available for an additional fee. Security deposit: As part of the seasonal rental of the furnished accommodation, a security deposit of 200 euros is provided when the keys are handed over in the form of a check. As the booking is made via the Airbnb platform, the security deposit is not collected at the time of booking. The purpose of the security deposit is to cover: damage or deterioration caused to the accommodation, furniture, equipment and installations, loss of objects or items of furniture, restoration costs, additional cleaning costs made necessary in the event of accommodation left in an abnormal condition. The request will be accompanied by any useful supporting documents: dated photographs, quotes, invoices, written report. The tenant is liable for: damage caused by himself, by the persons accompanying him, by any visitor admitted to the accommodation during the rental period. The tenant undertakes to immediately report any damage or deterioration. In the event of refusal by the tenant or dispute, the dispute will be handled in accordance with the Airbnb platform's terms and conditions. In the absence of agreement, the competent courts will be those of the place where the property is located, in accordance with French law. Activities and leisure: This living space is located 4 km from the castle of Ventadour, a medieval fortress of the 12th century, many hiking trails crisscross the municipality and neighboring municipalities on "Les chemin des troubadours". Nature is very close to the house, walks and hikes are possible from the house. In Egletons, the 11ha Deiro Lake offers supervised swimming and beach, children's games, a fishing dock... a municipal swimming pool, a media library, a cinema, an equestrian center are all leisure, sports and cultural equipment. The Millevaches plateau, nearby, is a renowned Regional Natural Park; it offers multiple possibilities for walks in unspoiled nature. Less than 30 minutes away, the lakes of Neuvic and Marcillac will allow swimming and water sports. Neuvic also has a 9-hole golf course.
