This stylish accommodation creates the best conditions for an unforgettable stay. Our guests appreciate that there are 2 separate bedrooms for more privacy. The apartment is located in an apartment hotel. You can use additional services in a simple apartment. The pool, the game arena and the two saunas can be used free of charge. In addition, massages, breakfast, bed linen, food can be purchased at the hotel for a fee. The space The apartment is a self-contained apartment within the hotel complex. Many facilities are jointly owned and are therefore included in the nightly rate. However, some facilities are exclusive to the hotel. However, some of these can be used for a fee. The following facilities are free to use: - Swimming pool - Indoor play arena / active park (250 sqm) - Gym - the small sauna area in the swimming pool (Finnish sauna and herbal sauna) The following areas or services must be paid separately to the hotel: - New large wellness area on the 7th floor (1,000 sqm) - Massages - Rent for bowling alley. The bowling alley itself can of course be entered without admission -Bed linen - Laundry (fee for the washing machine and dryer) - Breakfast or half board. This can only be booked subject to availability. It is not a guaranteed option. Since we rent the apartment remotely and are not on site ourselves, we cannot provide bedding. This must be brought along or can be rented at the hotel at reception for a rental fee. Furthermore, wellness bags (bathrobe, towel, etc.) can be booked at the hotel for a fee. In addition to the overnight fee, a tourist tax must be paid. This is to be paid in addition to the overnight price. The visitor's tax is calculated according to persons and overnight stays. It is €4.40 per person per day. Children under the age of 14 do not have to pay a visitor's tax. As a result, the so-called Allgäu Walser Pass is included and you can use public transport for free. Furthermore, the booking amount includes Bergbahn Unlimited. This means you can use all mountain railways for free during the summer months.
