Lake House, spacious & comfortable, renovated

It is located at Narie Lake, beautiful and quiet lake (100 metres from the house), in a village with few houses around. Serene neighbourhood. Good point to explore the Mazury area (Morag, Olsztyn, Ostroda, Malbork). Kayaking, sailing, windsurfing. Please families only, not available for parties / integration events. The space House has just been renovated on the exterior (fresh plastering and paint, new drainage system, washed roof, newly laid out brick at the foundation, renovated balcony and terraces) - in May 2020. The interior has been recently painted as well. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, electric hob and fridge-freezer, a big living room downstairs, plus bathroom with a shower, and a washing machine. Upstairs, 3 large bedrooms (2 with balcony), 2nd bathroom, including bath and a shower, 2 bedrooms have queen beds and 1 bedroom has a single bed and a bunk bed with a double bed at the bottom and a single bed at the top. House is heated with oil fired central heating, plus wood stove. Guest access Full access to house, garden and lake. Depending on availability, possibility to borrow canoe / rowing boat. Barbecue available. Other things to note The house can be shared by two families maximum. By the occupancy of 8 people we understand that the two bedrooms can be taken by parents and the third bedroom can accommodate four children. The bunk bed is inappropriate for the use by adults.
