House on the shores of the lakes

Welcome to this new and spacious house, with unobstructed views of the Bresse countryside and Lake Montrevel. Perfect for holidays for families or groups of friends, it can accommodate up to 8 guests. The space This new and spacious accommodation, fully air-conditioned, offers three bedrooms and a sofa bed for eight guests (new 140/200 bedding, linens provided), a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with walk-in shower, where a small bath towel is provided per person. Enjoy an enclosed and fenced-in outdoor area of 30 m² (323 sq ft), furnished with garden furniture. In front of the house, you will find parking spaces, with the option to park a van or a trailer. Your pets are welcome. Guest access The house is 7 minutes from the A40 highway, close to an Intermarché and a McDonald's. A bus provides easy access to Bourg-en-Bresse, and you can enjoy all the water and outdoor activities offered at the lake. Access is self-service with a lockbox. Other things to note No Smoking inside the house: Please go outside to smoke. On the terrace, we ask that you be mindful of the noise, as the house has neighbors.
