Welcome to Holiday Home De Binnengouw, a charming vacation home in the North Holland countryside. Relax in the private garden with a wood-fired hot tub, enjoy the view over the meadows and explore the area by rental bike. The house is located on our rural property and has all the comforts. Beach, historic cities and colorful tulip fields are a short distance away. A wonderful place to relax and unwind. The space 🏡 The space Holiday Home De Binnengouw is a spacious vacation home on our rural property, suitable for families, couples and groups of friends who want to enjoy peace and comfort. The home features a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove, a comfortable seating area and a dining table. The open kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, an American refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, and all necessary cooking and dining utensils. There are 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have luxury Tempur box springs for a wonderful night's sleep. The third bedroom has two single beds and is ideal for children or extra guests. The modern bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. In addition, a washing machine and dryer are available, so that a longer stay is also comfortable. Outside, you can enjoy a spacious private garden with terrace, a large dining table, gas barbecue, and a wood-fired hot tub. From the garden, you overlook the surrounding meadows and can fully enjoy the rural views. The vacation home is located on the same property as our own home. The garden, the terrace and the hot tub are exclusively for our guests. We live on the property and are available for questions or tips if necessary, but of course we respect the peace and privacy of our guests. Want to explore the area? At the property, you can rent bikes to explore the beautiful West Frisian surroundings, picturesque villages, and nearby nature reserves in a relaxed way. Guest access During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire vacation home, the private garden at the side of the property, the terrace, the wood-fired hot tub, and all outdoor seating areas. You can also use the gas barbecue and the private parking space in the back of the property. The front yard and driveway are part of the common property and are also used by us. We live on the same property and are always available if you have questions or want tips about the area. Of course, we will respect your peace and privacy as much as possible during your stay. Want to explore the area? At the property you can rent city bikes; there are 6 bikes available. Please feel free to ask us about availability. Other things to note Good to know 🏡 The vacation home is located on the same property as our own home. 🌿 The private garden on the side, the hot tub and the terrace are exclusively for guests. The front garden, driveway and parking area are part of the shared property. 🐶 Our Labrador Pip, two cats, chickens and running ducks also live on the property. You may encounter them during your stay. 🔥 You can heat the wood-fired hot tub and the wood-burning stove yourself. Oak wood is available at the property for €10 per bag. Your own wood or other combustible material is not allowed. 🚲 City bikes are available for rent for €15 per bike per day (subject to availability). 🚗 There is free parking on private property (maximum 2 to 3 cars per reservation). 🔇 We ask our guests to be mindful of the tranquility in the yard and in the surrounding area between 11 pm and 7 am. 🚭 Smoking indoors is not allowed. 🐾 Pets are not allowed. 🎉 The accommodation is not suitable for parties or noisy gatherings. 👶 Baby crib is available on demand. 📶 Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property. 🔑 Contactless check in and check out via a key safe. ⚡ There is no charging point for electric cars 🛒 Supermarket and bakery are a few minutes drive away. 🌊 Beach, forest and historic cities are about 20-30 minutes' drive away.
