The rooms are spacious: Suite for 2 with Queen Size bed, en-suite shower room, separate WC, fully-equipped semi-open kitchen, large living room with wood-burning stove opening onto the terrace and wooded grounds with covered swimming pool. The space The Cottage and surroundings have been renovated with high quality environmentally friendly natural materials, (for example our priority has been to use chalk, local stone and wood…) A place full of charm and authenticity The property consists of 2 independent houses on a large park with a spring. - Your gîte, an 18th century farmhouse located at the entrance of the property, near the covered swimming pool, with a view of the surrounding countryside. - The owners' house (16th and 18th cent), located at the end of the road, 100 meters from the gîte Guest access The house is completely independent. It is located at the entrance to the property, within a 2-hectare parc. This accommodation is not specifically adapted for people with disabilities. Other things to note Ideal location for visiting châteaux, famous historic sites and beautiful villages: Azay le rideau, Chinon, Langeais, Rigny-Ussé, Fontevreau, Vilaine les rochers, Cande St Martin etc... Very good restaurants in the vicinity to discover vineyards and gastronomy.
