The vacation home "Fachwerkhaus mit Charm" is located in the Andel district in the immediate vicinity of Bernkastel-Kues and is F****DTV classified. The listed Mosel-typical timber-timbered house is built around 5 hundred. It was renovated with a lot of our own and is now available as a holiday home. Despite the modernity inside, it has not lost its charm of the old walls. We sincerely invite you to spend your most beautiful hours of the year with us. The space The living space of the holiday home is about 95 square meters. About 50 m from the house is a garden where you can relax and also grill. Amenities Ground floor There is a wood stove in the entrance / hallway. There's the guest toilet there, too. You will also find here the comfortably furnished living room with TV (40 inches), DVD player and stereo. Furthermore, you will find a large kitchen with fully equipped fitted kitchen and dining area. A built-in central ventilation system ensures a pleasant indoor climate in the house. Guest access The centerpiece of the vacation home is the large and spacious kitchen. Here you can enjoy cozy evenings with a glass of wine. Other things to note Dear guests! The city of Bernkastel-Kues charges a guest fee of 1.70 euros/night per person from 01.01.2025. Payable in cash upon arrival. You will receive a guest card, where you will receive discounts/discounts or additions in the city area at various wineries, shops and restaurants. Children and adolescents up to 18 years of age, as well as people with disabilities and their companions, are exempt from guest contribution.
