Cozy single-family home in a fun environment – perfect for a vacation or a relaxing weekend. The space Welcome to my home! The house is located in a quiet area, surrounded by beautiful nature. The home has 3 comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, as well as an extra guest toilet. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. In the basement, there is a separate laundry room with washing machine. Outside you will find charging facilities for electric cars. This is the place for you who want comfort, tranquility and nature – while having everything you need easily accessible. Other things to note Please note that small bats may be present in and around the house during the summer. Pest control technicians supervised in 2024 and performed sealing work to prevent them from entering. Currently this summer (2025) there are no signs of bats in the house, but you cannot guarantee that this will not happen. There has been recent contact with the pest technician, but since the flag mouse is a protected species, they don't have the authority to take more action until September.
