Enjoy access to everything in the Southeast from this comfortable home. Walk to Chiriopolis beach, 5-minutes away or a short drive to El Malecon, for a delicious meal at one of the ocean front restaurants- less than 8 mins away. Supermarket, Walgreens and Panaderias all within a 5 minute drive. Arroyo Surfing Water Park (open summer season) is also a 5 minute drive away! Unfortunately, no pet policy due to allergies in our family. Solar power protects during electricity outages. The space 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms: 1st bedroom Queen sized bed with private bathroom, 2nd bedroom full size bed and 3rd bedroom a full/twin bunk bed. 7 people maximum occupancy. Guest access Full access to home, yard and terrace. Other things to note Our home operates with a Solar system, enjoying electricity and hot water even during a power outage. Unfortunately, strict no pet policy due to severe allergies in our family.
