A self-contained summer house with a double bed, en-suite with shower and a small kitchen located in a private garden in a picturesque village of Upper Poppleton. The village is 4 miles North West of York with easy access to the city by train or bus. There are local pubs and shops within a 5 minute walk. Nearby are riverside walks and cycle tracks. Guests will have access via a lockbox or the host. Off-street parking. Garden can be used including pizza oven and outdoor fire. The space The summer house has a small kitchen including a kettle, toaster, microwave and a refrigerator. The bed is a small double with space underneath for bags or suitcases. The en-suite has a shower. Towels are provided, There is a smart flatscreen TV and WiFi available. Guest access Guests can access the summer house via the rear garden gate. There is a lockbox or the host is happy to greet and help with any questions. Other things to note There is an electric car charging point. This is available at an extra cost.
