Villa Nonna Santa is an semi-independent villa with pvt pool, in the countryside between Polignano a Mare, Castellana Grotte and Conversano, at the entrance to the beautiful hamlet of Triggianello. The villa has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one internal and one external, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and parking inside the property. Villa Nonna Santa can accommodate up to 6 people and it is perfect for reaching the main points of intrest of the Itria Valley and the sea of Polignano. Villa Nonna Santa can accommodate up to 6 people and it is perfect for reaching the main points of intrest of the Itria Valley and the sea of Polignano and Monopoli in few minutes by car but also for enjoying moments of total relaxation without leaving the villa. The entrance gate leads to a characteristic stone avenue, bordered by a garden and a small pond. The large outdoor area of the villa gives the opportunity to park your car in the immediate proximity of the entrance. Moreover there is a barbecue area outside and a large wooden table with chairs, perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners. Entering the accomodation there is a large living area where we find a double sofa bed, a comfortable table with chairs, a peninsula with stools and the equipped kitchen, which has a sink, fridge, induction hob and oven. Thanks to a bright window, the living room has direct access to the outdoor area and a view of the pool. The sleeping are consists of two double bedrooms, one of them has a comfortable walk-in closet hidden behind a sliding mirror. There is also a comfortable bathroom with shower. The outdoor area opens onto a large garden, where we find the private swimming pool (10m x 4m hmax 1.40m), solarium area, outdoor shower and barbecue. We also find a comfortable shaded area where there is a sink, washing machine, dryer and a technical room that gives access to an outdoor bathroom with shower. Other things to note At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Conversano, equal to 1€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 6 days. The pre-authorization of the security deposit will also be processed at the same time. If any steps are missing in the procedure a penalty of €50 will be applied. Guests are required to comply with the local waste sorting schedule, which will be provided and explained after the arrival. Failure to follow the disposal rules will result in a €50.00 penalty. This short term rental is managed by WePuglia Srl with a mandate with deputation. To ensure a more informed travel experience, we inform you that the price you see on the booking portal includes the owner's rental fee and the cost of any additional services we provide. These amounts will be detailed in the rental agreement.
