Elde Cottage – a place to arrive, take a deep breath and be. An idyllic place where time slows down. A few days away from civilization without sacrificing convenience. Listen to nature, enjoy the silence. A lovingly furnished retreat where you will find the long-awaited peace and quiet. Just be! If you want to sit by the wood-burning stove in the winter or swim in the Elde, 50 m away, in the summer, you will feel equally comfortable here. The space The living room is open and a staircase connects it to the sleeping area on a gallery on the upper floor. Guest access You are also welcome to use the large garden outside your own area. It offers many opportunities to linger. Other things to note The Alte Elde, the Müritz – Elde – waterway and the directly adjacent forest are ideal for longer or short walks. If you are arriving by car, please bring your own bed linen and towels. This is not about the cost, but has purely ecological reasons. If you stay longer than 5 days or arrive with or bike, bed linens (€5.00 per person) and towels (€5.00 per person) can be rented for a fee. Other things to note Here on the farm live a 6-year-old female Labrador and cats. Please note that I cannot rule out a brief curious contact for the cats in the garden. The 7-year-old female dog came to me at the age of 5 and still has a lot to learn, especially distance, but I can easily separate her if necessary. Please note that for the dog stay I charge a one-time fee of €15.
