Parking is available right outside the door. In summer, a small outdoor area with a table is available outside the door. Within walking distance is Schwerin Zoo and a climbing forest. The city center can be reached quickly by car, bicycle or public transport. Right on the beach there is a restaurant and café. The space The apartment has one bedroom on the ground floor. The living/dining area is located on the second floor. The second sleeping area can be reached via stairs from the living area on the third floor. For safety reasons, this is not suitable for young children. Only possible from elementary school age. The accommodation is designed for a maximum of 4 guests, including children. Please note: The apartment is not childproof (open staircase). Use with small children is therefore at your own risk. The property is located in a quiet apartment building in a residential development and is particularly suitable for guests who respect the peace and quiet of the building.
