We invite you to our charming cottage "Na Zboczu", located in the heart of the forest on an exclusive, fenced plot. It is a place where nature intertwines with comfort, creating the perfect conditions for relaxation, rest and shared moments with loved ones. The cottage is not only a cozy, rustic cottage, but also a private piece of forest available only to you. There is a relaxing hammock between the trees, and on the terrace you can indulge in forest yoga, drink aromatic coffee and listen to the sounds of birds. The space Cottage rental regulations ** 1. **General rules** 1.1. The rental of the cottage is carried out on the terms set out in these regulations. 1.2. Guests are obliged to observe order and take care of the owner's property. 2. **No parties** 2.1. It is not allowed to organize parties, large-scale social gatherings or other gatherings in the cottage that may disturb the peace of the neighbors. 3. **Summer season and minimum rental period** 3.1. In the summer season, from June 1 to August 31, the rental is for a minimum of one week, from Monday to Sunday. 4. **Bed linen and towels** 4.1. The additional fee for bed linen, towels and bedding for the duvet, pillow and sheets is PLN 30 per person. 4.2. It is possible to bring your own pillowcases, towels and bedding for the duvet and pillow. 5. **Additional fees** 5.1. The fee for electricity consumption is PLN 3.50 per 1 kWh. Energy meters will be recorded upon arrival and settled on the day of departure. 5.2. The water fee is PLN 15 per 1 m³. Water meters will be recorded upon arrival and settled on the day of departure. 6. **Bicycle rental** 6.1. Bicycles can be rented for PLN 25 per day. 6.2. Bicycle reservations must be made in advance by contacting the owner. 7. **Refundable deposit** 7.1. A refundable deposit of PLN 500 is charged on the day of arrival. 7.2. This deposit will be returned on the day of departure after checking the condition of the cottage and settling any damage. 7.3. For any damage, destruction or dirt caused during the stay, the cost of repair or cleaning is covered by the renter. 8. **Rules for using the cottage** 8.1. After the final settlement, guests are required to leave the cottage clean. 8.2. In the event of damage or destruction of property, guests are obliged to immediately inform the owner and cover any repair costs. 8.3. Smoking is not allowed inside the cottage. 9. **Safety rules** 9.1. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of others during their stay. 9.2. Do not use open flames in places not intended for this purpose. 9.3. It is forbidden to bring and use hazardous substances or materials. 10. **Liability and insurance** 10.1. The owner is not responsible for the loss, destruction or theft of guests' property. 10.2. It is recommended to have your own travel insurance. 11. **Final provisions** 11.1. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in the termination of the lease agreement without reimbursement of the fees incurred. 11.2. The Owner reserves the right to introduce additional rules if necessary. Other things to note Located just 25 minutes from Olsztyn and 2.5 hours from Warsaw, our cottage is available all year round. In winter, we invite you to romantic evenings by the fireplace, and in summer – to relax in a hammock and relax outdoors. The cottage is located in the Bajkowy Zakątek resort, where a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym await you – all included in the price of your stay. There is also a restaurant nearby. The interiors of the house are spacious, cozy and comfortable. On the ground floor you will find a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, a bathroom and a bedroom for two people. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms and a second bathroom. In addition, the corridor serves as a storage and relaxation space – you will find books, board games and games there. This place is conducive to both romantic evenings and active recreation. Regardless of the season, you will find peace, contact with nature and comfort.
