The space The main floor has 2 separate bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with a full size bed. The main floor shares one bathroom that has a jetted tub and shower combo! Enjoy the smart TV with Comcast cable in the living room and a sofa bed that pulls out to a queen size mattress, should you need extra sleeping space. NEW CENTRAL A/C INSTALLED IN 2025!! The main floor has a well appointed kitchen with ALL NEW APPLIANCES!!! A gas stove and a Keurig coffee maker with coffee options, plenty of plates, silverware, cups, cooking utensils, bowls, measuring cups, and pans. The pleasant dining room and table with 4 chairs and a bench for total seating for 6 people is just off of the kitchen to enjoy your meals at! Also, there are many food take out or delivery options near by as well! The back enclosed sunroom with access door from the dining room is a perfect space to relax, read or have coffee, drinks and conversation!! Please note that this room is not heated or air conditioned. It does have a ceiling fan, though! And it also has outlets to plug in your devices. Please observe our no smoking rules and only smoke outdoors. There is a nice big back yard deck just outside of the sunroom, which has a patio table and chairs. Please note, there is no BBQ grill. The upstairs bedroom has a king size bed and is private with access to its own large bathroom that has a roomy walk in shower (no bathtub) and plenty of space to get ready for your day! The bathroom and the bedroom upstairs have their own electric heat and controls on the walls. The one in the bathroom only controls the heat for the bathroom and the one in the bedroom only controls the heat for the bedroom. Please ask if you have any questions. It is very nice and cozy. The garden level basement has stairs from the kitchen and a side door to access the driveway. The basement features a large open finished area with a workspace desk, two chairs, a printer and a power strip with usb ports and plenty of private dedicated space to work on your laptop for your business needs! The basement also has its own nicely finished and updated bathroom with a shower, this is the 3rd bathroom. You may also feel free to use the washer and dryer in the basement utility room! The beautiful back and side yard are fully fenced with a 6 foot privacy fence and just one small area of it has a shorter chain link gated fence area from the outside back deck to the garage where the driveway is. But it is still fully enclosed. Downtown Ferndale is less than a mile away!! Downtown Royal Oak is just about a 7 minute drive and downtown Detroit is only about a 20 minute drive. There's so much to see and do! This house is in the perfect location in a nice, safe residential neighborhood. It is also very close to bars, restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores! You will feel right at home!! Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, yard and driveway. The garage is private and not for guest use. Parking: You may park ONLY in the driveway or directly in front of the house. Please be respectful of the neighbors, please do not park in their spots!!! Other things to note You are staying in a residential area with neighbors. Please respect the neighborhood and remember that no loud parties or disturbances are allowed.
