Beautiful furnished ground floor studio with panoramic sea views within the beautiful holiday village. I invite you to spend wonderful relaxing moments with your family in an idyllic setting. On site: Two swimming pools, a convenience store, a laundromat, a wellness area and of course several restaurants facing the sea. Access to sunbeds, private beach, beach volleyball, ping pong, archery, bocce and daily entertainment scheduled for young and old. The space The advantages: - 42" connected TV, flat screen, Android with built-in Chromecast. - Free unlimited Wi-Fi connection; the quality of the speed is dependent on the operator (Orange) and I make no commitment as to its quality, even if it is generally good. Guest access For a stay of a week or more, why not alternate between visiting and relaxing; one day in the residence and the next discovering the beautiful island of Guadeloupe. I can advise you on some local "good restaurants" or waterfalls and places you don't want to miss. Other things to note - The studio is equipped upon your arrival, 2 bath towels per person, one bath mat and bed linen for the duration of the stay (if necessary, a laundromat is on the site). The passes (bracelets) 4 per studio to access the free activities and entertainment are provided free of charge but are charged to me at €100 each and in case of loss, I will ask you for reimbursement. Swimming pools open from 8am - 8pm. On site, also a nautical base with sea scooter rental etc... IMPORTANT: the holiday village closes its doors from September 01 to mid-October every year which is why the nightly rate is very competitive during this period (on request beforehand since the studio will serve as a base to visit our beautiful island); no animation, no activity, no access to sunbeds, swimming pools, fitness room and restaurants on the site between these dates. The shop is also closed. The site and parking are always accessible and under surveillance. There can also be during the day, there may be noise disturbances due to the possible work done by the hotel's technical service at this time, and the studio, in this case will serve as a base for visiting our beautiful island. This studio, can also temporarily serve as a "drop-off point" for those who, following a professional transfer, are looking for temporary accommodation; in this case, the monthly price is negotiable (only during this period).
