Gîte located in the heart of Normandy Switzerland, this large 230 m2 house renovated in 2024 is ideal for a stay with family or friends. Ideally located in Normandy, its location offers easy access to the most beautiful tourist sites in the region (Caen, Falaise, Clécy, landing beach, Mont Saint Michel, etc.). You can relax in the calm of the countryside while enjoying the comfort of the house, the outdoor amenities, and the indoor pool/jacuzzi area. The space - Limited to 14 people. - Baby equipment available (high highchair, bathtub, potty, baby bed, changing table) - board games, books, and toys - Outdoor equipment: garden furniture, two picnic tables, awning, barbecue, double swing frame with slide. Petanque court (adult balls provided). ON THE GROUND FLOOR: Large living room with living room and open kitchen, separate toilet and laundry room with washing machine and dryer. There is also a PRM bedroom with an adapted bathroom. On the first floor: Three master suites with shower room and toilet in the bedroom, dressing room and console that can be used as an office. A large dormitory with 6 bunk beds, a separate bathroom and a separate toilet on the landing. The beds are made for your arrival. The beds in the double rooms are 160 x 200, they can be separated into two single beds. You will need to let us know before you check in. Possibility to rent towels: The towel set (one small one large per person) is €3/person. -> Bath mats are provided We provide some products for your arrival: dishwashing liquid, hand soap, two dishwasher pods. -> Shower gel/shampoo hygiene products are not provided. -> We put a roll of toilet paper per toilet for your arrival. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, a small amount of coffee beans is at your disposal. There is also a filter coffee maker. Guest access The entire house is accessible, including entrance, parking, house, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, garden, terrace.
