Other things to note • Check-in and Check-out Check-in is after 2:00 PM and check-out is before 12:00 noon. Late check-ins may not be accommodated due to caretaker availability. • Accessibility Notice The room is located on the third floor, accessible via a steep staircase. We kindly ask guests to consider this before booking, especially if anyone in the group has mobility concerns, physical disabilities, or heart conditions. • Room Access The room is secured with a padlock that uses a unique access code. Guests will receive the code once their booking is confirmed. Please keep the code confidential for security purposes. • Noise Advisory Please note that while we do our best to maintain a pleasant environment, we cannot guarantee that the room will be completely quiet. Additionally, the property is located in an area with busy streets, so some noise may be expected. • Security Deposit A Php1,000 cash deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded upon check-out after a room check. • Pets Policy We welcome well-trained pets; however, please inform us in advance if you plan to bring one. For the comfort of all guests, especially those renting in the dorm room, pets should be handled to remain calm and not cause noise or disturbance. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring no damage to the property or furnishings. • Bed Arrangements Bed arrangements may differ depending on the number of persons staying. • Parking Street parking in front of the building is available on a first-come, first-served basis daily from 6PM to 4AM. Alternatively, public parking is available within the Southern Quezon Convention Center parking area, just a 2-minute walk from the property. Please make sure to lock your vehicle securely and avoid leaving valuables inside, as the property cannot be held liable for any loss or damage. • Property and Location Notice Please note that our room is part of a local guesthouse, not a hotel.
