On the ground floor, you’ll find a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen - perfect for sharing relaxed, convivial moments in an elegant setting. This level also features a double bedroom overlooking the garden and a private bathroom. The first floor includes two additional bedrooms, one bathroom, a second living area with large panoramic windows, and another fully equipped kitchen. From here, you can access a stunning panoramic terrace with open views over Tavolara, the sea, and the town - an exceptional spot to enjoy unforgettable sunsets. On the rear side, a more secluded terrace with an outdoor dining table and barbecue area provides the ideal setting for private lunches and dinners al fresco. The top floor is home to the master suite - an elegant and private bedroom with its own balcony, outdoor sitting area, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet. Pets: If you are traveling with pets, we kindly ask that you leave the space clean and free of hair or any other traces. Locking the house: Whenever you leave the property and at check-out, please ensure that the door is locked, as well as any windows and shutters, if applicable.
