For lovers of hiking, horseback riding or cycling, the green route VD 12 Châteaubriant/Guipry-Messac is waiting for you just 2 km from the cottage. The space Booking the Gîte du Bon Pied and the Gîte du Pied Levé exclusively allows you to reserve two adjoining accommodations on the same dates. An ideal solution for a quiet and relaxing stay in the countryside with friends and family. You'll never be too far from each other thanks to the proximity of the two gites. You can enjoy the outdoor common areas together while having the privacy of independent gîtes with their own amenities. As the cottages are not designed for groups, they cannot accommodate all guests in either of the dining rooms. To share your meals indoors, we offer a common room for rent at an additional cost. Renovated in an 18th-century farmhouse, these two duplex gites, each 70 m2, combine the charm of the old with the comfort of a modern home. They offer stunning views of our vegetable gardens and the surrounding countryside. The Bon Pied Gîte (sleeps 7) consists of: - On the ground floor, a fitted kitchen with all the amenities needed to prepare your meals. The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room. - The living room has a double sofa bed and a smart flat-screen TV. WiFi access is free. - A private wooden terrace with a view of our animals (depending on where they are grazing). - A toilet Upstairs: - A bedroom with a queen size bed, - One bedroom with queen size bed + single bed - A bathroom with sink, shower and toilet The Pied Levé Gîte (sleeps 6) consists of: - On the ground floor, a fitted kitchen with all the amenities needed to prepare your meals. The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room. - The living room has a sofa bed for two people and a smart flat-screen TV. WiFi access is free. - A private wooden terrace with a view of our animals (depending on where they are grazing). - A toilet Upstairs: - Two bedrooms with queen size beds, - Bathroom with sink, shower and toilet Bed linen is provided and included in the rental price. Bath towels are not included in the rental price. They can be requested as an optional extra (see house manual). Board games for adults and children are available. Our orchard, BBQ and boules pitch await you to enjoy a relaxing day at the farm, where you are sure to encounter our animals. Do you need a common area? The common room is separate and adjoins the cottages. This room is equipped with its own kitchen and toilet, tables and chairs to arrange as you wish, as well as a sound system and a screen with video projector. Please don't hesitate to contact us for details on renting the common room! There's also a bike room with racks and charging sockets. Guest access The entire accommodation is accessible. The private terraces of each of the cottages as well as the outdoor common areas are also at your disposal. The common room is for rent at extra cost. It has its own access and is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Other things to note Every Friday night, we open our farm shop to sell our vegetables as well as other products from organic and local producers, we will be happy to see you there!
