This fully restored former castel farmhouse will charm you with its idyllic setting. The property offers a wide range of leisure facilities and activities for your stay—whether you are visiting with family, friends, or working remotely—including a swimming pool, sun loungers, a hammock, barbecues, badminton/volleyball (with adjustable net), beach bats, a frisbee, pétanque, soccer and volleyballs, a goal, Mölkky, an optional spa, board games, and a wood-burning stove. The space A peaceful haven bordering the forest, offering an escape from the hustle and bustle... Enjoy a lush, green setting perfect for unwinding and relaxation. Depending on the season, take a stroll through the garden and enjoy the many fruits you can pick straight from the trees. ∆ IMPORTANT ∆ We are located in a natural area near a stable—a quiet place for well-being and rejuvenation. PARTIES, LOUD GATHERINGS, and OUTDOOR MUSIC are not permitted! Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. The accommodation is designed to sleep 8 people. A 9th person can be accommodated (maximum) using an extra bed (linens and towels provided) for a surcharge of €30/night. • THE ACCOMMODATION • Upstairs, you will find the sleeping area, accommodating 8 people: - 3 double bedrooms - 1 small lounge area with a double sofa bed - 1 bathroom with a hydromassage shower cabin (Bluetooth/radio equipped) - 1 separate toilet - 1 large walk-in closet On the ground floor, you will find: - 1 bathroom with a semi-separated toilet - 1 large open-plan area featuring a kitchen, dining room, and living room with a pellet stove for winter - 1 large conservatory with outdoor lounge furniture and an outdoor dining table • SWIMMING POOL • - Pool secured with a cover and retractable ladder (open June through September, weather permitting) • SPA (optional) • Sauna / Nordic bath / Shower / Towels You can choose from 3 options for your session. Nordic Hot Tub + Sauna • €80 (May to October) / €140 (November to April) Nordic Hot Tub • €50 (May to October) / €80 (November to April) Sauna • €50 (May to October) / €80 (November to April) Please notify us at least one day in advance to schedule the heating process. These are traditional wood-fired facilities; heating them requires several hours of preparation, which we handle for you. Usage hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Session duration: Approximately 2–3 hours (depending on outdoor temperatures). Optional extras must be paid for on-site upon arrival, in cash or via Wero transfer! Guest access We are delighted to welcome pets at no extra charge; however, we enforce strict rules regarding hygiene and cleanliness, both inside and outside the property. Please observe the following guidelines: • Only one pet per stay; for dogs, please specify the breed when making your reservation request. • Pets are not permitted in the sleeping areas, or on beds and sofas. • Dog food and water bowls must be kept in the conservatory. • Waste must be cleaned up from the garden (children and babies walk there barefoot). • Any damage caused must be reported and the item(s) replaced. - Guests have exclusive access to the entire accommodation, outdoor areas, garden, and the private pool and spa (optional). - Parking is available in the courtyard for a MAXIMUM of 4 vehicles. The property is accessed via a private lane; parking is strictly prohibited there (even temporarily) out of respect for the location. Note: The entrance driveway serves only one other property; the rest of the estate is entirely private for your exclusive use (with no overlooking neighbors).
