Idyllic willow happiness

I am a tiny house founded on a horse trailer over 100 years old. Living in me can give you the necessary peace and mental relaxation without much luxury. But I would also like to give a look back at the time when owning such a horse trailer gave enough hope to get through the hard, deprived time of life on a farm at that time. Enjoy the time, listen to nature, see the details and be a part of everything. The space The idea for me as a tiny house came about when our many little guests of the Höfer farm had repeatedly sought the proximity of the animals and the simple game in nature. Much to the amazement of their parents, away from technology, media and consumption. Other things to note We have a small farm with sheep, goats, chickens, running ducks and 3 dogs, but 2 of them are not free running on the property. If you are lucky, the rooster crows in the morning, but if available, you get a few fresh eggs as a small welcome gift. There is a bakery right in the village, about 800m from the property. Our accommodation is ideally suited for a break and simply switch off, as well as as a family vacation, for hiking enthusiasts, cyclists, etc. Immediately at the cottage, nature invites you to walks and bike rides. On the well-developed network of bike paths, in the nearby area, you can reach, for example, the Königsbrücker Heide, the "Grünewalder Lauch" and the "Senftenberger See" on safe paths, off the main roads. The city of Dresden, the Lausitzring (Eurospeedway) are only about 30 minutes away by car, the Spreewald about 45 minutes, Saxon Switzerland about 1 hour drive and Berlin can be reached via the A13 motorway in about 1.5 hours. Whether nature or city everything is possible or you just enjoy the tranquility in the middle of a small farm and make you comfortable with us. Shower, toilet and outdoor kitchen are available about 40 meters away. The hot tub can be used during your stay for €20 per water filling (usually sufficient for 2 uses, as it is chlorine-free). The sauna can be used for 20€ (set up and electricity) + 10€/person for at least 4 hours. E-bikes can be loaded for 1€/day. You will find the following in the surrounding area: Böhla - a bakery directly with us in the village (Monday rest day), village pond and pond landscape outside Böhla's Linz - Bowling alley, restaurant Ortrand - diverse shopping, restaurants, train station, outdoor swimming pool Thiendorf - Restaurants, MC Donald, Burger King Lauchhammer - modern hall - leisure pool with new large sauna area, diverse shopping, restaurants Schwarzheide – cinema, spacious discotheque, diverse shopping opportunities, restaurants, train station Moritzburg – Moritzburg Castle, Fasanenschlösschen Moritzburg, Wildlife Sanctuary Moritzburg Dresden – Elbepark (shopping center on the A4), historic old town, various restaurants, museums, castles, the Semperoper, Tierpark and much more.
