The Groovy Bungalow! King bed! In Corsicana

Groovy 2 level bungalow behind 2 story house. The space If you like retro style and unique spaces, this is the "pad" for you! Bottom floor has 1 bedroom with KING sized bed, one common space/bedroom with queen size Murphy/pull out wall bed, one twin roll away bed along with washer and dryer and one full bath with shower. Up spiral staircase to kitchen/dining with day bed and sleeper sofa. Bathroom with shower is also upstairs. If you can't climb a spiral staircase, this is not for you because that's where the kitchen is! There are stairs leading up to the second level on the outside so if you just want to stay on the second level that is a possibility. WiFi provided with roku TV. There are also some board games and books for a relaxing stay. Guest access PLEASE NOTE: I do require prior reviews and photo i.d. (which will be only seen after you have booked) as a requirement for booking this property. I feel it's only fair that you know who I am - you see photos of myself and my properties so I should know who you are. I may also ask for additional information about prospective guests such as ages/relationships and names of each guest. This is a private home, not a motel so I want to know about you before approving your stay. A nice selection of coffee/teas and some light breakfast items might be available for our guests along with condiments and pots/pans/utensils and dishes to use. Other things to note NO Pets unless approved prior to stay! If you bring pets we will know as our property manager lives in the main house and sees everything going on. If you bring a pet, you will be charged a $500 fee.
