This quiet, safe, and green suburban neighborhood offers a peaceful stay. The property is conveniently located near the Tea Tree Plaza O-bahn bus terminal and shopping precinct. You'll find parks, clinics, and a Drakes supermarket within walking distance. The space Your room has a double bed. If needed, an additional double bed in the adjacent room can also be used to sleep, at an additional $50 per night, payable in cash. Guest access Guests have access to two living areas, a wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchen, a butler's pantry with a dishwasher, and both the front and back yards. A laundry room with an automatic front-loading washer and a heat pump dryer is also available. The home features a whole-home water filtration system, high-speed Fiber to the Home (FTTH) WiFi, and a reverse ducted cooling and heating system with zoned temperature controls for your comfort.
