Welcome to our cocoon! This bright 94 m2 apartment accommodates up to 6 guests. It includes 2 bedrooms with double bed, a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet. Ideally located to discover Metz and its treasures, you will be in a quiet area and close to amenities. Contact us if you have any questions, we will be happy to host you! The space I am delighted to offer you my apartment to discover Metz and its region. Ideally located close to the highways, this area of Ban Saint Martin is very quiet and you can enjoy the shops in the immediate vicinity (supermarket, pharmacy and bakery 5 minutes walk). An excellent local market gardener, an Italian grocery store and gourmet addresses complete the picture! A children's playground is 100 m away, the bus stop is 200 m away. Parking is free on the street and free parking is 350 m away. The Ban Saint Martin is ideal for nature lovers: enjoy the nearby Moselle for your walks, running or cycling as well as superb fishing trips! The natural area of Mont Saint Quentin offers you its 700 hectares of wooded nature for magnificent hikes. The Saint Symphorien stadium is easily accessible on foot or by bus for football fans. I also invite you to explore Metz and its incredible cultural heritage. I gladly share my addresses for a drink on the terrace, a delicious pastry or a good meal! My 94m² apartment will allow you, I'm sure, to enjoy your stay. It occupies the 1st and 2nd floors of the building. A kitchen, open to the dining area, is fully equipped (oven, microwave, induction cooktop, refrigerator freezer, dishwasher) in which I offer basic groceries and a coffee bean machine! Both bedrooms are equipped with 140/190 beds and you will enjoy fiber, two workspaces with laser printer. The living room is equipped with a 2-seater sofa bed and TV.
