A perfect base for exploring Béarn as a couple or as a family ❤️ The space ✨ The apartment consists of a large, very pleasant living room, with a cozy seating area 🛋️ featuring a chaise longue sofa and a large-screen smart TV with satellite channels (BeIN Sports, Eurosport, Canal+, etc.). There is also a children's area for the little ones to enjoy 👧🧸. 🍽️ You will also have a fully equipped open kitchen, perfect for cooking just like at home: stovetop, range hood, oven, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules), toaster, kettle… everything you need for your comfort. ❄️ The apartment is fully air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable stay in any season. 🛏️ Comfortable & family-friendly sleeping area The sleeping area consists of a very high-quality queen-size bed (160 cm), as well as a cot and a child's bed (90 × 190 cm) if needed 👶🧒. A high chair is also available. A functional walk-in closet is available for your use. 🛌 Sheets are provided. 🚿 The bathroom, adjoining the bedroom and separated by an attractive glass partition, features a large walk-in shower, as well as a separate toilet. 🧴 Bath towels are provided (you only need to bring pool towels). 🌿 Outdoor: the real charm asset The outdoor space is a real gem ✨: you can make the most of beautiful days thanks to a huge covered terrace, which includes: 🛋️ garden furniture / relaxation area 🍽️ a friendly dining area 🎯 A games area with darts 🔥 A lovely griddle is available for your outdoor dining 👧🛝 an outdoor playground for children with slide, swing, trampoline, basketball hoop 🏀 and other toys... 🏊 The swimming pool is available, and sun loungers are at your disposal to unwind and enjoy the tranquility of the Béarnese countryside 🌾. The pool is shared with us. It is not heated and remains under your full responsibility (protective awning and alarm). 🏊‍♀️ In order to respect the quietness of the neighborhood and maintain the water temperature, the pool is accessible from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. щ️ Practical information 🚗 Free and secure parking right in front of the accommodation. 📶 High-speed fiber WiFi available in the apartment. 🧽 We also provide you with everything you need for your first day of arrival: coffee capsules, sponge, dish towel, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, etc. ⚠️ For safety reasons, we do not accept additional guests/guests not listed on the booking. Guest access You will stay in an apartment located on the ground floor of our house, completely separate from our living space 🏡. Access is through a private entrance, directly from the terrace, with a pleasant and convenient hallway for leaving shoes, suitcases, or jackets 👟🧳. You will also enjoy a large private terrace, not overlooked by our section, ideal for enjoying your leisure time in complete tranquility 🌿☀️.
