It is ideal for a base when exploring the wonderful New Forest and centrally located in Cadnam with not only the beautiful New Forest villages on its doorstep but Bournemouth, Salisbury Winchester and Southampton within reasonable travelling distance. Many pubs and eateries nearby and just walking distance from the Forest. The space The loft is situated above a large garage, seperate to the main house, and is accessed via its own stairs from a private entrance. It is a one bedroom well equipped studio apartment set in beautiful gardens down a long gravel gated driveway well off the road. There is a large lockable storage shed behind which can be used for bike storage etc. There is an orchard to the front which guests have access to and is ideal for off lead supervised exercise for your dog. Guest access Guests have access to the garden to the front of the property, patio area to the side and the orchard area. Dogs can be exercised off lead in the orchard but only under supervision. It is fenced but not for escape artists! Dogs on lead or cat friendly only on the garden and gravel drive. Other things to note There are many eateries nearby, the dog friendly White Hart is great for lunch or evening meals is within a few minutes walking distance. There is a Dobbies in Cadnam a couple of mins by car which has a Waitrose franchise and does good breakfasts. The New Forest is a couple of mins walk away too via Old Cross Rd. The village of Lyndhurst is a few mins drive away and has a great New Forest Information Centre. The nearby town of Lymington has a great market with lots of local produce every Saturday.
