Cotswold village guest house near Stroud

A stylish one-bedroom guest house in the heart of Frampton Mansell with beautiful views of the Golden Valley. The property, which is located next to our main house, sleeps up to three people (2 adults and one child) and is an idyllic setting from which to explore the Cotswolds. Recently renovated, the interior is simple yet stylish and all the ammenities have been thought out carefully to make your stay more pleasurable. We look forward to hosting you... The space Our recently renovated guest house consists of a kitchen/living area, one bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room boasts a Smart TV, a sofa bed (that sleeps one child under 13) and armchair. There is also a dining table that seats two/three people. The double bed in the bedroom sleeps two adults comfortably. French windows in the living area open onto a private patio with a bench, two armchair seats and a table. At the back of the property, there is a shared garden with a cocoon seat and a lounger. There are beautiful views into the field and over the Golden Valley. Frampton Mansell - an idyllic Cotswold village - is ideally located near to the market towns of Stroud, Minchinhampton, Nailsworth, Cirencester and Tetbury. The nearest pubs are The Crown (a 2 minute walk) and The Bell in Sapperton (5 minutes by car/30 minute walk). There is also a popular farm shop, The Jolly Nice (15 minute walk/2 minutes by car), which sells local produce and features a cafe and bar serving food and drinks. Due to the beautiful surroundings, Frampton Mansell is the perfect place from which to explore the Golden Valley and all it has to offer. Since we have lived in Frampton Mansell for over ten years, we are happy to recommend places to go and where to eat nearby. Guest access Guests have use of the whole property and the patio outside. The garden behind the property is shared and the garden in front of the main house is for the owner's private use. The house is all on one ground-floor level. Other things to note The sofa bed can sleep a child under the age of 13. We allow small, well-behaved dogs but please note that they are not allowed on any furniture. We also have a small child so any dog mess must be picked up immediately and disposed of in a bag away from the property (please don’t use any of our bins). There is parking for one car outside the property. If you require a travel cot/Stokke Tripp Trapp high chair (which does not include a food tray/harness/cushion), please ask, as these items are not stored in the guest house. No noise between 11pm and 7am.
