The space 🏠 About the house The Forest Nest is located in the center of a small village nestled next to the forest — in Krayni Dol village, only 6 km from Dupnitsa. The house is newly built with a solid structure and attention to every detail: 🛠️ Built in 2023 using high-quality materials 🌿 Lime coarse plaster LISCIO — natural, antiseptic, and breathable, suitable for allergy sufferers. It maintains a healthy indoor climate; 🛋️ Spacious living room (49 m²) with flour-to-ceiling windows opening onto a veranda with a 180° view of nature and the forest — perfect for dining, relaxing, or children’s play; ❄️ Each bedroom (14 m²) and the living room have GREE Air Conditioners (Clivia and Nordic models) with Cold Plasma air purification systems that refresh and eliminate bacteria; 🍽️ Fully equipped kitchen with Electrolux appliances: oven, 4 ceramic cooktops, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, and dishwasher; 🧺 Bosch washer and dryer; 🌬️ Cleaning with American Rainbow® technology after each guest — ensures clean air and hygienic mattresses; 🛏️ Orthopedic, high-quality mattresses for restful and healthy sleep; 🌐 Fastest available WiFi connection in the area, ideal for work and streaming; 📺 SMART TVs with possible access to Netflix and Disney+ in bedrooms and living room; 🎬 Surround sound system in the living room for a home cinema experience. ________________________________________ 🛌 Bedrooms and comfort The house has two spacious bedrooms, each with: • King Size bed with orthopedic, high-quality mattress • En suite bathroom with toilet in each bedroom. • Wardrobe, SMART TV with possible access to Netflix and Disney+ • Large windows with plenty of natural light • GREE air conditioner with Cold Plasma air purifier • Hair dryer in each bedroom • The master bedroom has direct access to the veranda with a view of the forest! ________________________________________ 🌳 Yard and relaxation area Around the house you will find: • Large veranda with dining table and garden furniture • Night lighting for cozy evenings • Children’s playground: trampoline, swing, and slide • Barbecue area, perfect for family dinners outdoors The yard is shared with our old family house (built in 1989), which we use occasionally (separate entrance and facilities). 🌱 Note: Outdoor refurbishment is ongoing until early July — the yard is fully usable, but it will look even more lush and green soon! Please note that the fireplace in the living is not operational. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home and outdoor space including: 🥂 Large veranda with forest views, dining table, and garden furniture 🥩 BBQ area perfect for family dinners 🛝 Kids’ playground featuring a trampoline swing, and slide 🚗 Free parking right outside the door (CCTV on parking and main gate area) Our second small house is just next to the property. We have separate entrance, BBQ and facilities. Hence, there is privacy as, when we are around, we are using the exact opposite side (by the street ) of the yard. The part of the yard by the forest is only yours!
