From the entrance, a large terrace welcomes you, perfect for your moments of relaxation or your outdoor meals. Parking is free and convenient, you can park at your convenience. The accommodation opens onto a cozy living room with dining area, equipped with a large TV and a very high-speed Internet connection thanks to fiber optics. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped: two sinks, a dishwasher and everything you need to prepare your meals as if you were at home. On the same level, you will find two bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds, perfect for children or individual travelers. A bathroom with bathtub and toilet and a balcony overlooking the garden complete this floor. The garden, about 200 m², is accessible from the bottom of the house. It is shared with the travelers of the outbuilding and offers a green and relaxing setting with a fig tree, a lawn, a swing for children and deckchairs to enjoy the sun. Upstairs, you will discover a magnificent master suite of nearly 100 m² on the ground floor. This house has been designed to offer you a pleasant, comfortable and practical stay, a few minutes from Charles de Gaulle Airport, Parc Astérix and Chantilly. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire house, with the exception of the separately occupied outbuilding. You can freely enjoy the terrace at the entrance, the 200 m² garden (shared with the guests of the outbuilding), as well as all the interior spaces: living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, balcony and master suite. Free parking is available in front of the house. Access is autonomous or accompanied, depending on your preference. Other things to note The 200 m² garden is shared with guests of the outbuilding. It includes a children's swing, deckchairs, a fig tree and a pleasant lawn. Please respect the tranquility of the place. – The house is located in a quiet residential area. Out of respect for neighbors, parties, evenings and noise after 10 p.m. are strictly forbidden. – The accommodation is non-smoking inside. Ashtrays are available on the terrace. – No pets allowed unless previously agreed. – Children are welcome, but the house has an interior staircase that is not safe for toddlers. – Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as basic necessities (toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid, etc.). – A washing machine is available in the laundry room, as well as a towel dryer. – A welcome booklet is available with all the instructions for the accommodation, useful numbers and our local recommendations (shopping, restaurants, activities, etc.). – An ID may be requested at check-in. – A security deposit may be required via the platform or upon arrival, depending on the booking terms. – In the event of a one-off malfunction of equipment (Wi-Fi, household appliances, heating, etc.), we are committed to intervening quickly whenever possible.
