A Dutch house by the sea, surrounded by greenery, without people, noise or wind. A simple and pleasant place to relax during the holidays. The cottage is about 30 sq meters. 2 bedrooms: a double bedroom and a small room with 3 beds (one bunk bed). Toilet, shower, and fully equipped kitchen. The cottage is private and we rent it out during the holidays when we are away. In 2025, it's the first time we've rented it. So we don't know how it's going to go yet. You have to bring your own bedding and towels and make your own place. The space Dutch house - 3x9.5 meters. Large, almost 30 sq meters, house for max 5 people (2+3). Master bedroom - large double bed and a small room with three children's beds (they are 1.80 m x 60 cm). Kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower, huge comfortable wooden covered platform The kitchen is fully equipped with cups, plates, cutlery, pots, fridge (without freezer) -- when it comes to sleeping there are duvets and pillows - you have to bring your own COVERS and TOWELS. Note: I am not there and I will not be the service of this cottage (I live in Warsaw) This is the first time I am renting it out... so it may also happen that someone will clean up better or worse... you have to take into account that not everything will be tip-top. Please keep this in mind :-) From the cottage it is 2.5 km to the forest parking lot (paid in season), from where entrance No. 30 to the beach about 900 m from the forest parking lot is the most beautiful beach in Poland according to many people :-) The cottage stands alone in a meadow, there is peace and quiet of the forest and at the same time very good access because there is a paved gravel road at the cottage, very little traffic once an hour a car will pass, the hosts next door are 70 m away. You can buy their real country eggs from happy hens. Generally, a place for families with children or someone who wants to be without people. There are no noisy houses and waffle booths ... there is a forest, blackberries, blueberries 1600m2 of exclusive land, the area is UNFENCED, i.e. there is no fence P.S. Due to the high interest, I would like to add that the store in Wierzchucino is 3 km away on asphalt road. The most convenient way to get to the beach is by bike. You can have a bonfire in the house. The TV may or may not work :-) depending on the signal. There is hot water in the shower (50L boiler). If you have any more questions, please ask. I will be happy to answer. The place is charming and quiet. You can lose yourself in nothingness. Guest access Before you arrive, I'll send you a pin so you can easily find the place, as the cottage doesn't have a postal address. Other things to note This is my private cottage. I'm not there. You'll have to make your own beds, turn on the water, turn on the electricity. When the gas runs out, replace the cylinders and so on. It's closer to nature than the Hilton. There is no address.
