The living room under the attic, bright and comfortable, offers a sofa bed (140×190 cm), an 80 cm TV and fiber wifi to stay connected or relax. The kitchen, open to the dining area, is perfectly arranged with its ceramic hobs, oven, refrigerator-freezer, coffee pod maker and everything you need to cook easily. The table with 4 chairs allows you to share your meals in a friendly atmosphere. The room offers two single beds (80×200) that can be combined into a king size double bed (160×200), as well as a storage cabinet and a desk. The bathroom, modern and well thought out, has a large shower (120×90 cm), and the toilet is separate. Shared comfort and convivial moments You will have access to a shared laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer, very useful for extended stays. A raclette, fondue, and pierrade are available on loan, to share between homes. Outside, enjoy an enclosed and secure garden, furnished with garden furniture, barbecue and terrace. The place is perfect for reading, lunch in the sun or just enjoying the ambient calm. You also have private parking space in the courtyard, secured by an automatic gate.
