We’ve filled the cottage with comfort and colour—sunflower art, cosy linen, warm lighting, and thoughtful extras. There’s plenty of room for couples, solo travellers, small families or remote workers. Everyone gets their own corner to stretch out, slow down, and enjoy. And when you’re ready to explore, you’re just minutes from beaches, markets, nature trails, and hinterland towns. Self check-in is available—we’ll send you all the info before arrival. Other things to note 📌 Other things to note We’re on tank water and a wastewater treatment system, so please only flush toilet paper—no wipes, hygiene products or non-biodegradables. To support this system (and the planet), we provide eco-friendly cleaning and toiletry products for your stay. The cottage is powered by solar + mains. No pressure, but using appliances like the washing machine during the day makes the most of the sun. We have recently upgraded to solar batteries which now gives us basic power even when there are powercuts in our area. In that instance we would ask you to refrain from using high usage appliances to ensure our battery lasts the distance ;) Wi-Fi we have both Skylink and Nbn—offering fast and stable internet with flexibility. It’s great for streaming, Zoom calls and general browsing. If anything drops out briefly, you can reset the router or contact us—we’ll help in a flash.
