Property of 200 m2 fully privatized on a fenced garden of 1500 m2 with trees, located in the heart of the town of Montournais, a few steps from small local shops. The space Spacious 80 m² living area including: - An open-plan kitchen and a dining room - A comfortable living room - A game room and TV room in the basement Our cottage includes 4 carefully appointed bedrooms, between 2 and 3 people maximum per room, including a bedroom with a bathtub and a sink The bed bases, mattresses, duvets and pillows are new and come from the "Capri Week-end" range selected by France Literie. The beds are all 90 x 200 and can be joined to make a maximum of 4 "king size" beds For your comfort, the cottage has: 🚿 Bathroom on the 1st floor: toilet, shower and double sink. 🚿 One bathroom on the 2nd floor: toilet, shower and sink. A 3rd toilet is accessible in the basement, where there is also a laundry room. Guest access All rooms of the house are usable.
