Full of charm with beams, a wood-burning stove, and everything you need for a relaxing stay, the cottage is ideally placed in the Yorkshire Dales and just 25 minutes from the Lake District —perfect for exploring both! Whether you’re planning outdoor adventures, cosy nights in, or long lunches at the pub next door, it’s the perfect countryside escape. The space The house is complete downstairs with a full kitchen, boot room with downstairs loo, and a beautiful living room with a wood burning stove. Upstairs, you’ll find 2 large bedrooms (1 king/ 1 double) and a family bathroom. There are several walks you can complete from right outside the front door, including to a stunning waterfall less than a mile away. Parking is available at the front of the property. And most importantly, the pub is right next door and Sam/ Phil will be thrilled to have you !
