A private garage is also available on-site for secure and easy parking. The residence features two spacious, fully furnished bedrooms designed to ensure a restful stay. Each bedroom includes its own television, and the living room is equipped with an impressive 75-inch screen for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary utensils and appliances, allowing you to prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner at your convenience. Due to its location in the centre of Evia you can explore the whole island. The northern part of the island is completely different from the southern part. But both have their own unique beauty. In the evenings, explore the vibrant coastal town of Eretria or head to Chalkida, the regional capital, where a variety of tavernas, cafés, and bars provide excellent dining and entertainment options. Distances from the accommodation: Eretria – 3.5 km (approx. 5-minute drive): A modern seaside town with rich ancient Greek heritage. Chalkida – 18 km (approx. 20-minute drive): The capital of Evia, known for its lively promenade and cultural sites.
