Other things to note ★In accordance with legal requirements, after your reservation is confirmed, all guests are required to present their passports (for foreigners) and provide their full names, addresses, and occupations. If this information is not provided, we may refuse check-in or deny the stay altogether. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. (For Japanese guests, passport presentation is not required; however, the full names, addresses, and occupations of all guests must still be provided.) ★If the room is found to be excessively messy and cannot be cleaned with the usual cleaning effort, additional cleaning fees may be charged (starting from ¥4,000). Additionally, disposal of bulky waste will incur an extra fee (starting from ¥3,000). ★There have been many cases of guests taking the keys with them. Please make sure to return the keys to their original place at checkout. If keys are lost, a replacement fee will be charged (starting from ¥20,000). ★In case of damage or loss, you may be charged not only the cost of the item but also additional fees such as handling and other necessary expenses. ★Smoking is prohibited indoors. If the smell of tobacco permeates the room, it can be difficult to remove and may cause the next guest to request relocation to another facility. We may charge fees to cover damages caused by smoking. ★For maintenance of the room facilities or in case of emergencies, staff may enter the room during your stay using a spare key when necessary.
