SkyDreamer - Tiny Home at Jamberoo Mountain Farm

"SkyDreamer" is an off grid Tiny Home designed for couples, Outdoor Wood fired Hot Tub to watch the sunset & gaze at the stars. Nestled in nature with panoramic skyline views, situated between Robertson & Jamberoo. Privately perched up high on a working regenerative farm where you will watch the chickens and cows roam with views of the ranges beyond. Fire pit, outdoor cooking, indoor wood fire, local breakfast includes fresh farm eggs, local sourdough bread, coffee, tea & pantry items included. The space Our property is a "Tiny Home" designed for two or those flying solo with an open plan living, kitchen and bedroom and seperate bathroom with an expansive deck and seating / fire pit and wood fired outdoor hot tub beneath the deck for you to enjoy the sunset and morning views. With extra touches to make this stay a memorable one so you can switch off on arrival. We also have an local breakfast hamper waiting for you and included as part of your stay with a dozen of our pasture raised eggs, local sourdough bread, milk, honey, olive oil, a very good coffee and tea selection plus pantry items all included in your stay. Nestled in nature and on the top of a hill, this is a very private setting with a birds eye view of our regenerative working farm and views beyond the Kangaroo Valley and the Robertson ranges. Not only watch the chickens and the cows roam you will get to see kangaroos, wallabies, eagles flying high, lyrebirds and some wombats strolling after sunset. It really is a nature sanctuary where you can watch and listen to it all the sounds of the forest and beyond. The sun rises through the Rainforest canopy behind the tiny home, perfect for slower starts. "SkyDreamer" is an architecturally designed tiny home for you to disconnect from the cycle by creating the ultimate experience for you to take moments for yourself to restore and rejuvinate. The tiny home is well insulated with double glazed windows and doors resulting in a cosy haven during the colder months with an indoor wood fire whilst remaining cooler on the warmer days. We provide kindling and firewood for the indoor and outdoor fires to keep you warm when the weather turns cooler, please note the indoor firewood is specifically cut to size so this is for indoor use only and we provide firewood for the outdoor fire-pit and hot tub. From 15th September we will be charging a $30 charge to cover the water for the hot tub due to a very dry Winter and start to Spring. We will check in to confirm you would like to use the hot tub and if so we can have filled with fresh water and ready to light or warming on arrival for you. DINNER PACKAGES 1. 2 x Local pasture raised steaks (300 grams each), Robertson potatoes and a side of greens $100 for two 2. Local hand rolled pasta, artisan tomato sauce, parmasen, side of salad and tiramisu for dessert $100 for two LOCAL BUBBLES AND CHEESE BOARD Local bottle of sparking wine and a local cheese box including antipasto and crackers $100 We will touch base to see if you would like to include these additional extras as part of your stay with us. For the very keen cooks with have a Pig & Pilgrim Campfire Parilla available for use, which we can install before your stay. Perfect for cooking thicker cuts of steak such as a rib eye. Instructions will also be provided - we recommend you taking a few hours out to prepare and enjoy this experience. No extra charge for usage. All of the pantry items and breakfast are included as part of your stay. We have a number of coffee options with a hand grinder if you prefer freshly ground coffee for your morning brew including the Bellman Stovetop Espresso Maker. A Yeti esky on the deck is ready for use, Weber BBQ ready to fire up or you can cook over fire with our fire pit and grill if you prefer outdoor cooking style. After years or searching for the ultimate farm stay, we decided to create one just for you. Guest access You have access to the entire space and please feel free to explore our farm, the tiny home is situated on 100 acres of farmland and rainforest, we welcome you to enjoy this green open space and forest bath in nature. The Tiny home is very private with it's own entrance. The tiny home is perched up on a hill, so you will drive across our farm on an unsealed driveway to access the tiny home with a steeper incline to get to the top which you can drive to in dry weather. If not we suggest park and walk the short incline (1-3 minute walk) or we can take you up in our farm buggy in wet weather as the track can become quite muddy and slippery. We will organise this with you before check in to see which option you prefer / weather dependant etc. The view at the top is breathtaking, the best spot on the farm to take it all in. The best vantage point to watch the sunset! The sunset from up at the tiny home is magical, our favourite spot on the farm to experience that sky, sunset and stars. We ask that you do not go to close to the electric fencing which protects our chickens from predators. You can admire from afar as we also have strict biosecurity. Please note no dogs or cats or other animals to enter our property due to biosecurity. Other things to note Please note this is a farm stay and we recommend you bring appropriate footwear to explore and enjoy the outdoors and a warm jacket always a must as it does cool down at night in Winter and Summer, we love that cool breeze after a hot summers day. We have some umbrellas if the weather is wet for you stored in the draw in the tiny home, so you can explore even if the rain is falling. And yoga mats can be provided on request also - please just ask us and we will have waiting in the tiny home. The tiny home is designed for couples only, as it's an intimate space. This is our style of luxe glamping with everything you could possibly need! Whilst we do have a yeti esky on the deck for extra drinks space, a mini fridge is also in the tiny home kitchen to fit everything in. Please note no smoking or vaping inside the tiny home itself. Water Safety Cap: To protect our off-grid infrastructure, the property is monitored on a 1,000-litre cap per 2-night stay (500L/day). This is double the average household usage and is more than enough for long, comfortable stays. However, it protects our system against left-on taps or long showers. Usage exceeding this cap indicates negligence and will trigger a $300 emergency tank refill fee. From 15th of September2026, we will be charging an additional $30 for the hot tub use due to a very dry beginning to Spring and having to cart in water due to lack of rainfall, we will adjust this if the weather pattern changes.
