The Andean Ark - Lonquimay

Description

El Arca was inspired from the ruka mapuche, home of our native people. It''s been our inspiration, adapting the design to our climate and to the materials available in our region for it to become a very nice and cosy cabin totally connected with the surrounding nature. It's inside space, small and well designed, will provide you everything you need for a good stay to our place. And as soon as you'll step outside, you'll be totally submerged in nature, native trees, flowers and birds all around. The space Totally independant cabin, with private parking lot. Access requires a 4x4. We also offer transport for those who don't have a 4x4. *** During winter, it is required to come with a 4x4, with good space between the vehicle and the ground, and eventually, chains. In case of snowy weather, the closest parking lot is at a 4 minutes moutain walk from the cabin. It is so very important to be well prepared, which means good and firm shoes and your things in backpack. Guest access The cabin has a well organized commun space with living room, dining space and kitchen. Next to this space, the bedroom (with a double bed). And on the other end, the bathroom. A very well heated cabin with a wood stove. Terrace, barbecue grill, table & chairs, hammock, to enjoy the outside. Access to few trekking paths from the cabin. During winter, our land is covered of snow, which makes it a big play ground!
