Other things to note Strictly no smoking, vaping, candles, naked flames or BBQ s to be used on the grounds of the property due to conditions of Thatched property insurance. Additionally no charging of any vapes is allowed within the property. Strictly NO house parties or large gatherings, any guests found to be holding parties will be told to vacate immediately. Wifi is available at the property for recreational use, due to the thickness of the walls signal is strongest in the downstairs areas.
