Nice cottage with its own dock

A cottage that has the most important things - several patios with morning sun to evening sun, a large conservatory for windy days and a private jetty about 80 meters from the house. There is a rowboat available to borrow. Also, a public swimming area a couple of minutes from the house. Hiking trails nearby, famous Reijmyre glassworks about 10 minutes away and 30 minutes to Norrköping and about 40 minutes to Kolmården Zoo. The space A beautifully located cottage that has most things for quiet, relaxing days. Two patios that have sun most of the day. There's also a patio with a large dining table. A kitchen with basic equipment - Stove, fridge, freezer and coffee maker are provided. No dishwasher. One bedroom with double bed - note, a small space with some limited storage. A children's room with a bunk bed. Living room with a sofa bed, 140 cm wide. It has a fireplace and beautiful views. The bathroom is of older standard but fulfills its function with toilet and shower cabin. There is also a guesthouse without heating and electricity with a bunk bed. These beds are not included as the standard is very simple, but can be used if you want. Please let me know in advance if this space is desired to be used. There is no Wi-Fi, but very good mobile coverage if you want to work from there. Guest access There are two children's bikes in different sizes to borrow (bring your own helmets). Children's life jackets are also available to borrow. Other things to note Sheets and towels are brought by the guests themselves (can be rented for reservations of at least a week). The guest cleans is done before checkout. You can also order cleaning with good advance notice, please let us know when booking in that case. In this listing, it is okay to bring pets, which means we cannot guarantee hypoallergenicity. Road beams occur in some parts of the year, of course the key is easily conveyed to this.
