The cottage on the Barkhof is located on an idyllic half-timbered courtyard (1875), but is contemporary, cozy and modernly equipped inside. The Barkhof in Egestorf is located in a quiet private street, only 100 meters to the village center in Egestorf and 1.5 km to the extensive, wonderful and car-free nature reserve "Lüneburger Heide". We live on the farm ourselves, love the unique character and the large garden as well as the location. The space A private house for 2 or 3. One bedroom on the top floor with double bed and 2 mattresses (1.60), living room with Alexa, Netflix and iPad. A multi-purpose room with 1 single bed and large desk (ideal for home office with high-speed Wi-Fi), modern kitchen, shower room on the ground floor and bathroom on the upper floor. Plenty of space to relax, be together, cuddle, do yoga, read, unwind. With a lot of love for detail, we renovated the small house after 6 years of vacation rental break and optimally equipped it for 2 people, at most 3 people. 3 people on request. The house is suitable as a cozy city escape for two/three people. It is also suitable for longer stays as it has a washing machine and dryer as well as central heating. It also has high-speed Internet (glass fiber) and there is a study. Long-term renters from a few weeks to 6 months are welcome! Guest access 100 sqm vacation home, with private terrace, parking. Garden and large terrace for shared use. Fantastic view over horse meadows. Bicycle parking space: covered, not locked. Other things to note Suitable for quiet and active guests. Yoga mats are available. The Barkhof offers plenty of space with sunny and quiet corners. Hiking and cycling trails are minutes away. The accommodation is suitable for people who like to be outdoors, hike or exercise. And/or just to relax. Unfortunately, the accommodation is not suitable for the disabled (not barrier-free) and also not suitable for an elderly couple (shower in bathtub, stairs to the upper floor).
