The space Cyprus Retreat 3 is ideal for short breaks and families of 4. It can host up to 4 guests comfortably and includes: 1 ensuite studio: 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed, kitchenette, WC/shower, dining area and dedicated workspace. Cyprus Retreat 3 is the studio of Cyprus Retreat Villa with its private entrance. The listing includes usage of all external areas of the villa. The villa offers: Outdoor Spaces Spacious patio with wooden deck and stone finishes Swimming pool BBQ area Outdoor dining areas Design Theme : Wood and Stone. Materials: Warm wood details (ceilings, solid Danish hardwood parquet floors, pergolas, pool deck, fencing) are paired with natural and textured stone (Karysto paving, village stone-textured fencing walls). Windows and doors are made of high-quality German uPVC in a wood-effect finish for both insulation and aesthetics. Guest access The listing includes the Studio with the separate stairs. The rest of the house and the sub-basement are not included in the listing. Occasionally used by the owner, but always without interfering with guest privacy or use of the facilities. Guests have full access to all outdoor areas. Other things to note • Depending on the season, guests are welcome to pick fresh fruit (our own yellow passion fruit, grapes, loquats, citrus) from the trees on the property. • Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Ashtrays are provided. • The swimming pool is cleaned regularly—twice a week in summer, once in winter, by professional staff. • Baby crib available upon request.
