Description
Cozy apartment in the middle of the city with courtyard. 50 meters from the Central Station Other things to note Important info: - From the front door, a small staircase leads up to the apartment. It is important to know if anyone has difficulty walking up stairs. When you get up to the apartment, the bathroom is straight ahead, the kitchen is to the left, and the living room and bedroom are in an open-plan layout to the right. Exactly as you see in the pictures. - It is not allowed to smoke in the apartment or in the courtyard. If you want to smoke, you need to go outside on the street. - In Sweden, waste sorting is required by law and an important part of environmental efforts. Households must separate waste into different categories, such as food waste, packaging (paper, plastics, metal, glass), newspapers, batteries, electrical waste and residual waste. Empty packaging, but it does not need to be completely washed. Common Sorting Categories: Food waste: Peels, leftovers, and coffee grounds in a special paper bag. Paper packaging: Cartons, milk cartons and bags. Plastic packaging: Bottles, jerrycans, plastic bags and plastic trays. Metal packaging: Cans, foil and bottle caps. Glass packaging: Bottles and jars (colored and clear separately). Residual waste: What cannot be recycled (e.g., envelopes, diapers, dishwashing brushes). Did you know that a landfill (formerly called a dump) is a permanent storage site where waste that cannot be recycled or incinerated for energy recovery is placed for final storage? Sweden is a global leader in waste management, with less than 1% of ordinary household waste ending up in landfills or dumps. The rest goes to material recycling, biological treatment (composting/anaerobic digestion) or energy recovery (incineration).
