The space Three living spaces under one roof The main floor is the heart of the home — large kitchen, dining for 12, and a comfortable lounge with a fireplace where the whole group can gather. The loft lounge sits above with a 65" TV and a more relaxed feel — ideal for movie nights, teenagers, or a quieter space away from the main floor. The cellar lounge is something different again: a grown-up retreat with a wood-burning fireplace, deep sofas and a built-in wine wall behind glass sliding doors. Ideal for late evenings, after the kids have gone to bed. The Hartley Botanic greenhouse In the garden stands an authentic Hartley Botanic greenhouse — handcrafted in England by the same maker that has supplied greenhouses to Highgrove and Kew Gardens. A quiet place for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, whatever the weather. Guests are welcome to pick fresh herbs and vegetables when in season. Outside and around Wood-fired Skargards Regal 220 hot tub for 8–10, private sauna reaching 110 °C, three outdoor fireplaces and a fire barrel. A 14-ft boat with 9.9 hp engine is available in season (April–November, by arrangement) — fuel included. River through the garden, ancient oak trees, fountain and terraces.
