Total Estate Capacity: • 14 bedrooms across 4 villas. • Can host up to 35 guests. • Common spaces: The Nest (dining/entertainment) and large pool. Guest access Guests will only be able to access common areas on the property such as the l garden, pool and Nest (dining area). Guests are strictly prohibited from crossing into neighboring properties under any circumstances. We request our guests to respect the privacy and personal space of our neighbours. • Entire WoodHouse cottage (2 bedrooms, verandah, lounge). • Shared access to estate pool, The Nest (dining + entertainment hub), and gardens/farms. • Onsite parking available. Other things to note • Check-in strictly between 1 PM – 6 PM (no late check-ins). • Pool timings: 9 AM – 7 PM; swimwear and swim caps mandatory. • Celebrations only at The Nest; cakes and décor at additional charge (requires advance booking). • Pets (dogs and a cat) reside on the estate and are friendly; pets may be restricted from pool area. • Smoking only in designated areas (fine for smoking inside villa). • Driver/staff accommodation available (chargeable, limited slots). • Laundry available at additional cost. • Pickleball usage is chargeable per hour and requires pre-booking.
