Its location is perfect: within minutes, you can reach the most beautiful beaches on the southern coast of Sardinia. Every day, you will have the opportunity to discover a new beach, with real-time directions sent directly to your smartphone via Google Maps. It’s ideal for families with young children: we provide a high chair and a crib for babies. Just a few minutes’ walk away, there’s the Parco Parodi, equipped with playgrounds for children. Included services: Beach chairs and children’s toys for the beach, with no extra charge. Utilities (water, electricity, gas) and final cleaning are all included in the price. Bed and bath linens are included. The nearest beach, with white sand, is just 650 meters away, easily reachable on foot in about 8-10 minutes. Location advantages: Our home is close to the city, yet far enough to fully enjoy the surrounding nature and the sea. In spring, the mild Sardinian climate (with temperatures ranging from 17 to 24°C) makes it perfect for enjoying the beautiful nearby beaches. Every day, you’ll be able to discover a new beach, and I’ll provide you with all the directions you need to get there quickly. Nearby, you’ll find water parks, supermarkets, agritourisms, pizzerias, restaurants, bars/pubs, entertainment venues, and beachside clubs. An experience-filled stay: Upon your arrival, I’ll be happy to give you all the useful information for your stay, suggesting beaches, coves, natural parks, and historical or archaeological sites to visit. I’ll also recommend the best restaurants, trattorias, and agritourisms in the area. You can also enjoy nearby activities such as sailing boat and rubber boat excursions, windsurfing lessons, canoeing, diving, horseback riding on the beach, and exploring the Molentargius natural park.
