The sky is immense. And the silence — this true silence — envelops you. In the distance, the hills stretch as far as the eye can see. In front of you, a long, clear pool follows the horizon line. Everything stops. You just arrived. In the morning, the sweetness of the heated water. Breakfast under the pergola, still a little sleepy. The day stretches out slowly, with reading, swimming, laughter and silence. And in the evening... the light falls, the sky blushes, and you are there — simply well, free, serene, anchored. 🌿 Luxury, here, is in the evidence In this house of character, refinement is discreet. No ostentation, but the right choices: raw wood, old stone, sober and comfortable furniture. The space is fluid, the volumes soothing. Each room opens onto the landscape. The heated infinity pool, on the other hand, cannot be described. It is lived. At any time, it beckons: a plunge, contemplation, deep silence. 🛋 Inside, we slow down. We breathe. We stay. The living room, spacious and open to the outside, invites you to relax. Soft sofas, natural light, and a 75-inch TV for cozy evenings — but here, the real show is mostly behind the floor to ceiling windows. The open kitchen extends the harmony of the place. Clean lines, natural materials, meticulous finishes: everything invites you to take your time. We cook with pleasure, we share without haste, in a soft, beautiful and functional atmosphere. 🛏 Two bedrooms. Two shelters. One goal: rest. The first offers a generous queen-size bed, wrapped in carefully chosen linens. The second is flexible: its modular bedding can be arranged as a queen-size bed or two single beds, according to your needs. We close the shutters. Silence is there. And the world can wait. 🛁 Here, even the shower soothes. The bathroom combines mineral and light, practical and beautiful. A walk-in shower, carefully chosen materials, an atmosphere that makes the morning a gentle time and the evening a relaxing one. Bed linen and towels are provided. 🌞 Outside, the world dissolves into the light Around the house, 5,000 m² of fully fenced land form a vast private setting, reserved for only four guests. The garden slopes gently down towards the hills. The sun glides over the stones, and the vegetation dances in the light breeze. And the 11 × 3 m heated infinity pool remains there, like a line drawn between you and infinity. It is open and heated from May 1st to September 30th. You'll swim there at dawn. You'll be floating there at noon. You'll dive in at dusk. Under the bioclimatic pergola, a lunch, a book, a moment suspended. In the evening, the water takes on the colors of the sky, and we stay a little longer, simply so as not to interrupt the moment. A charcoal grill is available for your use. That's what luxury is: something that doesn't say anything, but changes everything. ⚡ Comfort is not a plus. It's obvious. Stable Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning, private parking, and an optional 7 kW charging station: nothing to worry about, just enjoy. A car is recommended to explore the villages, markets and landscapes of the Lot, before returning to the privacy of the estate in the evening. 💫 What you'll take from here… A silence you'll miss. A light that stays on the skin. The memory of a place that made you feel good, without ever overdoing it. This is not a place to stay. It's a breath of fresh air. A moment of peace. A precious break. A place to come... and to return. Guest access You will have private and full access to the entire property during your stay. Nothing is shared: the house, the 5,000 m² of fully fenced grounds, the swimming pool during its opening period, the bioclimatic pergola and the parking spaces are entirely reserved for your use. From your arrival until your departure, this place is yours. You are free to enjoy each space at your own pace, in complete privacy. Whenever possible, we prefer to greet you in person to show you the house. Self check-in is still possible thanks to a secure lockbox, especially in case of late arrival. Other things to note SWIMMING POOL – From May 1 to September 30, the pool is open and heated at no extra charge. – In April and October, its opening and heating can be arranged on request and after confirmation. The price includes a fixed amount of €100 for heating before your arrival, plus €25 per night booked. – The heating system needs to be run for several days before the start of the stay, which explains the initial flat fee. – Outside of these periods, an exceptional opening may be considered depending on the dates, the weather, and the technical conditions. A special rate proposal will be communicated to you before any confirmation. – The pool remains an outdoor pool. Even when the heater is on, a specific water temperature cannot be guaranteed: it depends, in particular, on the weather, the wind and how cool the nights are. – Due to its infinity design, this pool naturally experiences more heat loss, especially on cool or windy nights. Even though its heating system is oversized for its volume, the temperature actually reached remains linked to the outside conditions. – Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Pool towels are not included. CHARGING ELECTRIC VEHICLES – A 7 kW EV charger is available as an option. – The fee is €20 per night booked and applies to the entire stay. – This package gives the entire group access to the charging station, regardless of the number of vehicles present. However, only one car can be charged at a time. – The request and payment must be made before any use through the Airbnb Resolution Center. The accommodation is non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
