The estate includes two cottages: the Merlot cottage for 4/6 people and the Asturias cottage for 2/4 people. From the cottage, walk to the walks along the Garonne. Discover the prestigious vineyards of Sauternes as well as Saint-Émilion or the Château de Cazeneuve. A peaceful haven ideal for recharging and enjoying our beautiful region. The space The Merlot Gîte is a self-contained gîte with jacuzzi and private garden, fully reserved for your stay. Succumb to the authentic charm of our 19th century farmhouse, carefully renovated to combine character and modern comfort. Nestled in the heart of the vineyards of Sauternes, it offers a peaceful and warm setting, perfect for a relaxing vacation in Gironde. Guest access • The estate includes two cottages. The Merlot Gîte is totally independent with its private garden without overlooking. • The swimming pool, petanque courts and some outdoor facilities are located in the common areas of the estate. They are shared only if the second gîte is occupied. • The pool is not heated (temperature generally between 28 and 31° in season). • Quiet environment in the heart of the vineyards: ideal for recharging your batteries, less suitable for festive stays. Other things to note Travel light! To make your stay with baby easier, we provide you with everything you need for free: a comfortable travel cot with a thick mattress and bed linen, as well as a high chair.
